This week I was working on the decap optimization problem. 

Based on the research of the problem and possible approaches, I have proposed a approach to optimize the decaps and begin to impelement the flow. Some main items needed to work on are:
1. Interface between geometry and RLC circuits.
2. Incremental pole and residual computation.
3. Time-domain voltage variation estimation based on poles and residuals.

I was working on the 1. but not finished. Now as discussed, I am working on the sensitivity of location.
