Worked with Kingho, I have submitted both ISPD and SPIE papers. The ISPD paper
submission took a little bit more efforts as the requirement for the paper 
formating is more restrictive. I just got approval e-mail 
from ISPD printing editor this morning (after I faxed in the copyright form).  
The final version is available under cvs.

I've also finished the gallery proof of the gsino journal and faxed in related
copyright form. 

I've also  refreshed my memory about Dr. Shi's buffering paper 
and will do a presentation on Tuesday.

From this week, I'll start to look at some statistical timing analysis papers
and think about ICCAD submissions.
