The following is the summary of my work in the week of Oct 18 - Oct 24. 

	1. Finish the review of 2 TCAD papers and 3 FPGA papers and   
	help proofread of our ISPD submission. 

	2. Discuss and work with Sasank on how to couple two PFM   
	to reduce the output ripple. 

	3. Tune the parameters of PFM after put a diode on the bottom 
	of the NMOS transistor and try to find the point where switching  
	power loss equals to the conductive power loss.
