In the last week, Yu mainly focused on the following works

1. finish coding and testing of deterministic post-placement retiming, 
   exp result shows over 6% reduction of critical path delay
2. discussed with Yan about the implementation of statistical retiming. 
   Read Yan's SSTA engine code and figured out the usage of his interfaces. 
   Currently, I'm integrating SSTA into my retiming algorithm. 
   Some primary results for statistical retiming will be presented in the next week.
